What is Roots & Roses venue capacity?

Our venue can accommodate up to 100 guests. Please contact us for a customized price.

Are there any time limits when booking the venue?

When booking our venue you have access to the property from Friday-Sunday. Although we do not allow for overnight camping. On the night of the wedding we ask that all guests exit the property by 2:00am

Where is the closest accommodation's?

Ghost Lake Campground is 10 minutes from our venue site.

Cochrane has all of the amenities including hotels. We recommend the Ramada.

There are several Air BnB's in our area as well.

Are you Pet Friendly?

Yes, we are pet friendly!

Can we bring our own catering and alcohol?

Yes, you are welcome to utilize any catering company of your choosing, although they will need to be fully self contained. For more details, please contact us.

You are also more than welcome to bring your own alcohol. If you are planning on serving alcohol we will require the following.

- A liquor license in your own name

- A PAL event liability insurance policy in your own name

- Bartenders must be pro-serve certified

- A shuttle service must be provided for guests that have consumed too much

What if it rains?

Our tented reception area can be converted into a ceremony space. When it rains the tent is equally as beautiful as you can watch the rain while it falls.
